  • Essential Yoga (beginner): Essential Yoga focuses on the fundamentals of a yoga practice – posture, alignment, and breath. This is a Vinyasa style class that is suitable for those who are brand new to yoga, advanced beginners looking  for a refresher, and anyone seeking a more gentle practice. This class will move at a slower pace, allowing each student adequate time to experiment with various modifications, adjustments, and props offered.
  • Mixed Level Yoga (beginner/intermediate): Take your practice to the next level in Mixed Level Yoga. This class expands upon the foundation laid in Essential Yoga, and combines the isometric strengthening of power yoga poses and the elevated heart rate offered by Vinyasa flows. Binds, twists, and deeper backbends will be introduced. Here, you will feel nurtured and encouraged to play with inversions and arm balances. Wherever you are at in your practice, you can expect to encounter both modifications for safety and variations for advancement. Come one, come all, this class is suitable for beginners and advanced students alike.
  • Advanced Flow Yoga (advanced): An advanced Vinyasa style yoga class that is led predominantly through verbal guidance. Students will be challenged both in knowledge of yoga language and breathing practices. Flows will occur with minimal instructor demonstration assisted with increased hands-on adjustments. Participants can expect hand balances, binds, inversions, deep back bending and chakra work to be heavily peppered throughout this class format. Posture transitions will be quick; recognition of Sanskrit terms will be highly beneficial to participants. This class is not recommended for beginners. Moderate experience in Mixed Level classes is encouraged prior to attendance of Advance Flow Yoga for maximum benefit and participant safety.
  • Athletic Restorative Yoga (all level):  This Vinyasa-based yoga class is hand tailored to restore the tight muscles and stiff joints of the athletic body.
